Phoebe was surrendered to the shelter with her siblings when her owner could no longer care for them. We have very little information but we can only assume it was an unexpected litter or that they were bred on purpose and when they didn’t sell - they wound up in the shelter. 

Little Phoebe is 5 months old, 7 pounds, UTD, and spayed and ready to find a home of her own. She is playful, fun and enjoying all her foster siblings in her foster home.  She is a puppy so will need a home willing to train and socialize her. Phoebe is good with all - she is dog, cat and kid friendly!!
