Mocha and her litter mates (Latte & Cappuccino) were surrendered to NJSH because the owner had more dogs than he could handle. The puppies were born due to an unplanned rendezvous between an unspayed female and the unneutered male visitor arriving with a friend.

Mom is very loving and under 20 pounds and Dad is also under 20 pounds.  We just couldn't guess the breed so we did a DNA test on one of the pups and we found they are a Chihuahua-German Shepherd-Rat Terrier-Australian Shepherd mix!

We are so lucky to have three amazing puppies who are about 6 months old now and are super affectionate, agile, and intelligent. Their amazing foster mom has gotten them house and crate-trained and they have been lovingly socialized with dogs and people.
