About Loopy | |

Loopy was found as a stray and brought to a local NJ shelter. We can’t imagine a senior dog likely between 11-13 years old was on his own. His whole body wiggles when he sees people and he is a pretty happy guy!!
He is ok for short walks and would be a perfect companion for a retired person. Loopy will most certainly make you smile.
