Diva was surrendered to the shelter a terrible matted mess. She was immediately taken to the vet where she was shaved down and given veterinary care. 

Underneath all that fur was a perfect little 2 year old shihtzu. Diva is delightful. She is friendly and fun. She is great with dogs and kids but has not been cat tested. We cant imagine cats being a problem though as Diva seems to be good with everything.

Her life started out a little rough but she was clearly shown love at one point-neglected but not abused - if that makes sense.
