Little Nova became homeless when her owner was incarcerated.  Nova, who was the owner's emotional support dog, received little or no support herself.  Nova was very malnourished when she arrived at the shelter so she was immediately placed in a loving foster home where is is thriving!  Nova is a super sweet girl with so much love to offer her own family one day soon.
