Franklin is a super friendly 2-3 year old Shepherd mix that was found as a stray. He is a happy dog that walks great on the leash and loves car rides. At only 46 pounds, Franklin is the perfect size and has such a happy temperament that any family would be so fortunate to have him in their home. The perfect home for Franklin would include a fenced yard. You MUST live less than 60 miles from Chester and submit an application on our website to be considered. njshpetrescue.org
