Moe was surrendered to the shelter at 4 years old. Little Moe is only 10 pounds and has put much needed weight on.  His owners surrendered him to the shelter citing that he bit them when taking a tick off of him. The shelter found this dog to be especially sweet and gentle. Since leaving the shelter he has shown himself to be a very nice dog, however he is protective of his back end. Moe was very sick when he arrived and was hospitalized. All health issues have been addressed and after a few months in foster we feel that Moe will need a home with an understanding adopter who will respect his boundaries. Moe is a happy guy and is well behaved in his foster home. We feel that a home with another small dog would benefit him.
