It is hard to imagine a young 5-6 month old puppy out wandering in the world all alone with no-one to protect him, feed him, or care for him.  That is what happened to Sharkey and he then found himself hopelessly locked away in a shelter where he was shaking uncontrollably in the far corner of his run.  Luckily a rescue caught sight of this terrified puppy and contacted NJSH Pet Rescue immediately. Sharkey is a 6 month old golden retriever mix puppy and will arrive in NJ on March 7th where he will receive love, food and kindness in abundance from his foster family.
