Shadow is a beautiful Australian Cattle Dog mix that was surrendered by his owner because he did not have time for him. He was adopted at 6 months old and given no training or guidance. By 9 months old his owner surrendered him to the shelter to fend for himself. We took Shadow into our rescue and felt he needed some training. He is now ready for a foster or an adopter willing to continue what he has learned. Shadow needs exercise and stimulation as do all dogs of his breed. He will need an experienced owner and a quieter home without children. Shadow loves all dogs and excels with any pack. This boy is loving and loyal and just needs someone who will show him that the world is not such a frightening place.
