Dipper was surrendered to the shelter after being involved in a house fire. He was absolutely devastated to be there as he has obviously only known life in a home. Dipper loves all people and is good with dogs with careful introductions.We do not know about cats. What we do know is Dipper deserves a home he loves everyone he meets and is always wiggly with excitement when he sees people.
