Emma was surrendered when her owner had landlord issues. Naturally this little girl was afraid as she was always in a home. Emma was having some trouble walking so we were happy to get her into our rescue. She has been to U Penn Veterinary and we have consulted with a specialist in California. Emma has some form of muscular dystrophy but it does not stop her. There is no cure and she needs no special treatment. What she does need is a family to love her. Emma loves to walk but she will never be a hiker! She requires little exercise. She keeps herself entertained. Emma is house trained, crate trained and perfectly behaved in the house. She has a sunny disposition which is sure to make you smile.
